We are at the leading edge of developing processes to ensure your fence posts and treated timber lasts as long as it should. This has been recognised by the Wood Protection Association with Walford Timber becoming the first company in the UK to achieve their WPA Benchmark certification.
PermaTimber® – Ground contact timber fencing
PermaTimber®® is a range of pressure treated timber products that is guaranteed against fungal decay and wood destroying insects for 15-years and carries WPA Benchmark approval. It is specifically designed for use in ground contact (i.e. fence posts, sleepers, decking joists and posts etc) and is produced using either kiln dried Pine, Larch and Douglas fir or incised Spruce.
Our PermaTimber®® range is WPA Benchmark approved and our incised posts have been independently assessed by the BRE:

Cheltenham Fencing must be notified of any dissatisfaction within 14 days of delivery or collection and prior to the products being installed or altered in any way. We are not accountable for ancillary costs such as labour, removal or installation costs.
